Who are we?
We are engineers, architects and industry experts with 30 years of experience.
We understand sustainable development not only as a trend, but see it as our duty to live up to our social responsibility. That is why we want to change the construction industry in a positive way.
We come from Krefeld, where we constructed our first buildings under the brand GWI Bauunternehmung. Today, we operate nationwide as MOD21.
The needs of our customers are our top priority when constructing new buildings. We meet individual expectations with technically innovative solutions.
We are supported by the ERBUD Group – the largest independent construction group in Poland, which employs almost 3,000 people across Europe and is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
They are an important partner for us and support us with their experience on the international market.
Production plant
Our modules are manufactured on an area of 22,000 m² in one of the most modern production facilities in Europe. We produce up to 375 sqm of module surface per day – almost fully automatically. Due to the weather-independent production, we can produce extremely quickly and in the highest quality.
In November 2022, we celebrated the grand opening of our production plant with over 1000 guests, after only 12 months of construction. A significant moment in the history of MOD21.
People of MOD21
