Design
We can provide ready-made designs as well as assistance from architects specialising in modular construction. This ensures that the building erected meets all expectations. Whether it is a matter of investor preference or complying with a zoning plan. The design phase requires approximately 2 months.
In the production hall, we have the ability to constantly monitor the construction process. Therefore, the quality of modular construction is significantly higher than the standard that can be achieved on the building site.

3.
Production
Timber cutting, machine assembly of the module on the production line, finishing. All this occurs under the manufacturing plant roof. It takes 17 days from the start of the production process until the module is delivered to the construction site. The finished module includes everything but the furniture.
4.
Construction site
On the construction site, the building is assembled from prepared modules. Then the facades and roofs have to be connected, the gas and hydraulic systems have to be installed and the lifts constructed. The finishing work is expected to take about 2 months.
5.
Building commissioning
The finished building will then be handed over to the investor. In terms of usability, insulation or safety standards, it does not differ from a traditional construction. Apart from the fact that it can be used significantly sooner.
